Winter Programming for Children
Friday Mornings

Children's
Play Group
Parents, care-givers and children 0 - 5 years of age
are invited to Kent Memorial Library on Friday mornings
to play with toys and interact with other children and care-givers.
REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
Drop in and have some fun!

January 12 & 13.
Story
Time
This program will run
for five consecutive
weeks.
Children ages 2 1/2 - 5 years of age
are invited to Kent Memorial Library for stories, finger-plays, and flannel boards.
The program for children ages 2 1/2 to 3 years of age will begin at 10:15 a.m. and will run for 20 minutes.
The program for children ages 3 to 5 will begin
at 10:45 a.m. and will run for 30 minutes.
This five-week story time will end on February 9 & 10..

Fancy Nancy Party
Children ages 4 - 8
are invited to a Fancy Nancy Party.
Fancy Nancy is a character in a children's book series written by Jane O'Connor
and everything Nancy does is, well, fancy.
During the hour-long party you can make a Fancy Nancy tiara, tissue-paper
wrist corsage, and decorate a ladybug cookie. Our fabulous hostess,
Fancy Wendy, will read a Fancy Nancy book before you nibble on
raspberry swirls,
delectable fruit kebabs and drink fuchsia lemonade.
Of course, you can wear your favorite ensemble to mark the occasion.
Registration will begin on February 19.

March 9 & 10.

Time
for
Tots
Toddlers ages 24 to 30 months
and a parent or caregiver
are invited to join an hour-long program of stories, crafts, songs,
activities and playtime. Time for Tots is a four-week program
that will end on March 30 and 31.
Registration begins on February 23.
